Act

Act allowing the Commissioners of Justiciary for the South district yet to qualifie themselves

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill haveing Considered ane act and Recommendation of the Commission of the Highland Justiciary of the South district and the Commission for the said Justiciary They hereby Allow the Commissioners of the said justiciary who have not qualified themselves according to Law yet to meet and qualifie themselves as Commissioners of Justiciary in the termes of the said Commissioners of Justiciary in the termes of the said Commission and that betwixt and the tenth of March nixt with Certification to the saids Commissioners if they doe not meet and qualifie themselves betwixt and that time They shall be excluded from the said Commission. And they declared to be no Commissioners of Justiciary in time comeing nor to have power to meet and act with them.
