Warrand to the Advocat to Raise a Lybell against the ventners

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby Recommend to Sir James Stewart his Majesties advocat to cause raise ane Lybell before the Councill against the nixt Councill day at his Lordships instance against all the ventners within the burgh of Edinburgh who have sold by retaill French wines and Brandie, or other Liquors prohibited by and contrair to the act of parliament Jaj viic and one years; And Ordaines the Magistrats of Edinburgh to Cause intimat to the whole ventners within the said burgh That non of them sell by retayle any wine Brandie or other French Liquors That are prohibit by the said act in time comeing.
