Procedure

Recommendation to the Earl of Northesk appoint a day for the Commissioners of Supply of the Shyre of Forfar to qualifie themselves

The Earle of Northesk haveing Represented to the Councill That the dyett appointed for the Commissioners of Supplie for the shyre of Forfar their qualifieing themselves to her Majestie being elapsed; And that the Commissioners of Supply within the shyre of Forfar had not qualified themselves to her Majestie before that time Therfore the saids Lords of her Majesties privy Councill Doe hereby Recommend to the Earle of Northesk to appoint a day and Conveen the Commissioners of Supplie within the said Shyre to qualifie themselves to her Majestie by Swearing the oath of alledgance and Subscryveing the same with the assurance to her Majestie; The samen being allwayes done before Laying on the nixt cess And Recomennds to the said Earle of Northesk to Report to the Councill with his First conveniencie.
