Act Appointing Bailie Chancellor To give Bond For his peaceable Behaviour

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe heirby ordain Baillie John Chancellor To Give Bond and Find Sufficient Caution acted in the Books of privy Councill, That he shall attend and wait upon The dyetts of Councill or Committee Appointed To Examine him from tyme to tyme, And That he shall appear before the Lords of his majesties privy Councill upon Twesday and Thursday next And afterwards as he shall be Appointed by the said Comittie or Lords of privy Councill, And in the mean tyme that he shall Leave peaceably under and with all Submission to the present Government of his Majestie King William, And That he shall not Act Consult nor Contrive any thing in prejudice thereof, nor Shall not Converse nor Correspond with any Rebells And That under the penalty of Two Hundred pounds Sterling.
