Procedure

The Lord Carmichaell goes to London to Attend his Majesty

The Lord Carmichaell on of the principall Secretaries of state Having Represented to the Councill, That he is advertised by a Letter from the Viscount of Seafeild, The other principall secretary of state, That his majestie Requires the said Lord Carmichaell To attend his Majestie att London for the Exercise of his forsaid office, And That he is now prepareing himself for his Journey And desires to Know if the Councill hes any Commands to Lay upon him which he is willing to Receave and ready to obey.
