Warrand For Transporting John White from Kinross To Edinburgh Tolbooth

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe heirby give order and warrant To the Sherif principall of Kinross and his Deputs, and To the Bailies of the Town of Kinross, To cause convey and Send from the Tolbooth of Kinross To the Tolbooth of Edinburgh The person of John White presently prisoner in the Said Tolbooth for alleadged Bestiality And that under a sufficient Guard. And Appoints the magistrats of Edinburgh, And Keeper of their Tolbooth, To Receave and detain the said John White prisoner therein till furder order, And the saids Lords Recomends To Sir James Stewart his majesties Advocate To prosecute and Insist against the said John White Before the Lords Commissioners of his majesties Justiciary for the forsaid Cryme of Bestiality with all Expedition.
