Recommendation To the Lord high Chancelor for stopping the appending the great Seall to Wishart of Logie’s Remission

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Recommend To the Lord high Chancellour, To stop from Appending the great Seal of this Kingdom To the Remission granted by his majestie In favours of […] Wishart of Logie, Indemnifieing the Slaughter of umquhill Mr Robert Burnett writer to the Signet untill the Councill give order for appending the said seall at least ay and while the said […] Wishart of Logie make payment to David Burnet Brother to the said Mr Robert of the soume of Ane Hundered pounds Sterling which the saids Lords have modified, And heirby modifies to be payed be the said […] Wishart to the said David Burnett, For the Assythment of his said Brothers Slaughter, And ordains Letters of horning under the Signet of Councill. To be direct heiron upon fifteen days and others in form as Effeirs. And upon payment of this assythment allowes the Seall to be Appended.
