The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Having given warrand to his majesties Advocate, To pursue severall persons as forstallers and Regraters of victuall before their Lordships Viz: Alexander Colvill of Kincardin, Alexander McGill the Horise merchant Alexander Gray merchant in Edinburgh. Sir […] Hepburn of Bearfoord, Bailie Buckney in Linlithgow and Alexander Glen writer in Edinburgh And in respect of the Lord Advocate his absence out of the Kingdom, The saids Lords of privy Councill, Appoints Sir Patrick Hume his majesties Sollicitor, To prosecute and follow furth the processes already Recomended to the Lord Advocate To be raised against the forsaids persones, And To Raise and follow furth new processes against the persons following as fore stallers and Regraters Viz: William Cochran of Kilmaronock, Richard Douglas in Musle-Burgh, James Sympson of Pendrich, James Brown of Midlemilne and Charles Gray merchant in Edinburgh.
