Warrant To the Lord Advocat To write to the magistrats of Aberdeen Anent Bailie Aidie

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Recommend To Sir James Stewart His Majesties Advocate, To write To the Magistrats of Aberdeen Requiring Them To order David Edie late Bailie there who hes been att France and Turned papist there, To goe to Edinburgh, And to Intimate to him That he doe Render himself To the said Lord Advocate there conform to his Band already given, or take Bond and bale from the said Bailie Adie That he shall appear before the Lords of privy Councill upon the Second Twesday of July next to come under the penalty of one Thousand pounds Sterling And To send the former Band already taken or the said other Band so soon as it is taken To the said Lord Advocate.
