Warrant for giveing up James Richardsones bond

Anent the petition given in to the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill be James Richardson wryter in Edinburgh Shewing That the saids Lords by their Commission of the date the Eleventh day of May Last gave full power and warrand to the petitioner to seaze and apprehend all Irish horse Nolt and Sheep that Should happen to be Imported to this kingdome after the date of the said Commission Which was to Continue dureing the saids Lords pleasure, and now the saids Lords being pleased to recall the said Commission and Dispose of the Same in favors of another And Therfore humbly Supplicating to the effect aftermentioned The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Haveing Considered this petition given in to them be the above Thomas Richardson, They doe hereby give order to their Clerks to delyver up to the petitioner the bond granted by him at principall and George Maxwell of Munshes and George Maxwell of Carruchan as Cautioners relative to the abovementioned Commission, Which bond is dated the fourth and Eleventh dayes of June Last.
