The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Being Informed That there hes been severall Rables Raised in the vaccance tyme, for stopping the transport of Wool, And That this day there hes been a Rable of women mett at Edinburgh headed by Sarah Greir Spouse to […] Stevensone Smith in Leith, The Saids Lords Doe heirby Recommend To George Home of Kello present Lord Provost of Edinburgh To call the Bailies and Town Councill of Edinburgh and with them to take tryall, who have been concerned in the forsaids Rables and who have been the persones most active and Instrumental in the saids disorders And to cause Imprison the said Sarah Greir and any other persons guilty and otherways punish them as they shall find cause according to Law.
