Lyble Mr Fleckfield and John Blair agent For the Kirk against Mr Duncan Comrie

Lyble Mr […] Fleck Field and John Blair agent for the Kirk against Mr Duncan Comrie called, and John Blair agent for the Kirk and Sir James Stewart his Majesties Advocate, Compearing personally as pursuers, And The said Mr Duncan Comry defender being laufully cited oftimes called and not Compearing, The Councill grants Certification against the said defender, In Respect of his absence and not Compearance, And ordaines Letters of Denunciation etc And in the mean tyme appoints the Clerks of Councill, To make Search if it hes been the Custom of this Board, To give out Deits for depriveing the ministers and declareing the kirks vacant, where the Defenders were absent and not Compearing, and not to grant Certification as in common ordinary Lybles.
