The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Appoint Sir Patrick Home his majesties Sollicitor To write to the severall Sheriff Clerks of this Kingdom That they may Send in to him a note of the severall Jurisdictiones lying in Each Shire, And who does possess the same, And whither the possessors be qualified in the terms of the acts of parliament and Councill or not.
