Reprive to John McTavish younger of Meggavie and Hutcheon Fraser alias Oge

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Have Reprived and heirby Reprives John McTavish younger of Meggavie and Hutcheon Fraser alias Oge prisoners in the Tolbooth of Edinburgh who are Sentenced by the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Justiciary To dy upon the […] day of August next, For Being in armes with the Frazers in the north, from the said sentence of Death pronunced against them, And discharges the magistrats of Edinburgh or any others To put the said sentence To Execution against them untill the first day of December next To come Inclusive, And ordains the Magistrats of Edinburgh and others Concerned To see the said sentence of Death pronunced against the saids persones duely and Lawfully Execute against the saids persones upon the second day of the said moneth of December next.
