Warrant For Liberating Campbell of Ormandale and Captain Richardson

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill doe heirby Recomend To the Earle of Argyle Commander in cheiff for the tyme of his majesties forces within this Kingdom To sett at Liberty […] Campbell of Ormandale and Captain […] Richardsone whom his Lordship hes In custody or in prison, The saids Two persons first giving Bonds and finding sufficient Caution acted in the books of his majesties privy Councill, That they the saids Two persons shall Leave at peace one with the other and That they shall be harmless and Skaithless one of another in their persons, And That they shall not trouble one of them the other By Combat Duell or any other way whatsoever, under the penalty of ane Hundered pound Sterling for Each of the saids Two persons a peice.
