The Viscount of Seafield one of the principall Secretaries of State a Councellor nominate In his Majesties last Commission of Councill Being present and having sworn the oath of Alledgance and Subscrived the assurance and Associatione, conform to the Acts of parliament and privy Councill, And The Lord high Chancellor having Administrate to him, The oath de fideli, He was Receaved a privy Councellor conform to his majesties Commission, And Took his Seat at the board accordingly.
