Act Suspending the Sentence of Death pronunced against William McEskine

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Suspend the putting to Execution the Sentence of death pronunced by a Councill of warr at Fort-William upon William McEskine Souldier there, And Remitts to and Appoints Brigadier Maitland Governour att Fort-William to take security such as he thinks Fitt, to the said William his person.
