Committee anent The Dutches of Hamilton

Petition The Dutches of Hamilton and Commissioners of Supply of the Shire of Lanerk, Read, And the Councill nominates and appoints The Committee appointed for Receaving the Answers To Letters anent the poor, viz² the Lord Boyle, Lord President of Session, Lord Advocate, Lord Justice-Clerk, Lord Aberuchill, Lord Halcraig Lord Crosrigg and Lord Phesdoe and Sir Robert Sinclair of Stevensone To Consider the said petition And hail points thereof, And heirby adds the Earle of Melvill, Lord President of privy Councill, The Earles of Lothian, Loudown and Leven, The Lord Strathnaver, Lord Thesaurer Depute, Mr Francis Montgomry and Lord Provost of Edinburgh To the forsaid Committee, And declares any Three of the Committee as now appointed to be a sufficient quorum, And Recomends To the Committee To meet to morrow att Ten in the forenoon, And To make their Report to the Councill with their first conveniency.
