Liberation Lord Fraser
Anent The Petition given in to the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill By Charles Lord Fraser. Shewing That where Indisposition of Body and other Inconveniencies By the petitioners Imprisonment now these Eight or Ten weeks grow dayly upon him, And there being no man Readier according to power to Comply with what Ever Course ther Lordships shall Think fitt for Tryall of matters surmised against him, then the petitioner. And Therfore Humbly Craving ther Lordships to allow the petitioners Liberty upon Bail to appear when called as the said petition Bears. The saids Lords of his majestys privy Councill having Considered the above petition given in to them by the above Lord Fraser, They heirby Recommend to the Earle of Leven Constable and Governour of the Castle of Edinburgh, And in his absence Gives order and warrant To the next Commanding officer To sett The said Lord Frazer at Liberty furth thereof. The said Lord Fraser first before Extracting heirof giving Bond and finding sufficient Caution acted in the Books of privy Councill That he shall appear Before the Lords of his Majesties Justiciary when ever he shall be called or Required thereto, And in the mean tyme That he shall Leave peaceably under and with all Submission To the present Government of his Majestie King William And That he shall not act Consult nor Contrive any thing in prejudice thereof, nor Converse or Correspond with any Rebells, under the penalty of Two Hundered pounds Sterling In caice he shall transgress in any part of the premises.
