Warrant for Seizing upon Mr William Wilson

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Recommend to Sir James Stewart his Majesties Advocate To write to the Sheriffs of Shires, Stewarts of Stewartries, Bailies of Bailiaries or Regalities and Bailies of Burghs, where Mr William Wilson Sometyme minister at Couper of Fife, is or shall be That they cause search for seize upon take and apprehend the person of the said Mr William Wilson and to send him under a sufficient Guard from Sheriff to Sheriff untill he come to the Town of Edinburgh and to Deliver him to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keepers of their Tolbooth whom the Councill Requires to Receave and Detain the said Mr William Wilson prisoner till furder order from the privy Councill and that he answer for his Irregular marriadges and others to be Laid to his Charge.
