Act Anent Dame Margaret Scrimzeour

Anent the Petition Given in to the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill by Dame Margaret Scrimzeour Spouse to Sir Eneas McPhersone Shewing That ther Lordships hade by ther sentence banished the Kingdom severall years since the Petitioners husband and she was Left by him destitute of all means of subsistence and have been still necessitat to leave upon the Charity of Good Christians and the petitioner Being now Resolved to Goe abroad to her husband where she is Informed he presently Is And the Petitioner being altogether destitute of means for her Transportation And Therfore Humbly Craving to the Effect underwrittin as the said Petition Bears. The saids Lords of his Majetsies privy Councill having Considered the above Petition Givin in to them be the above Dame Margaret Scrimzeour They doe heirby Recommend to the Thesaury To Consider the Petition and to allow to the petitioner such Charitable supply for her Transportation as ther Lordships shall find Convenient.
