The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill Considering That Alexander McKenzie of Aplecorse one of the Earle of Seaforths Cautioners Being by order of the Lord Chancellor putt under Baile to appear before their Lordships this day under penalty of Two Thousand Pound Sterling and being ready to appear the saids Lords after speaking on the matter Doe heirby Declare the said Alexander McKenzie of Aplecorse To bee att his free Liberty notwithstanding of the Bond Granted be him and his Cautioner yesterday which the Councill allowes their Clerks to Give up. And Leaves Aplecrose To be pursued with the rest of the Earle of Seaforths Cautioners By Sir James Steuart his Majesties advocate and Sir Patrick Home his Majesties Sollicitor as accords In Law.
