Att Edinburgh The Twenty second day of February Jaj vjc nynty Eight years

Act

Liberation Fraser of Eregie and others

The Lords of his majesties privie Councill Doe heirby give order and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of the Tolbooth To sett at Libertie furth thereof the persons of John Frazer of Eregie Thomas Fraser of Gartelege Alexander Fraser younger of Eregie John Fraser of Munchegavie and John Fraser of Knockhalem presently prisoners therein, come from Inverness They first giving Bond and finding sufficient Caution acted in the books of privy Councill That they shall Leave peaceablie under and with all Submission To the present Government of his Majesty King William, And That They shall not Act Consult nor Contrive any thing in prejudice thereof nor shall not Converse or Correspond with any Rebells and that they shall appear before the saids Lords of privy Councill whensoever they shall be called for or required for that Effect under the penalty of one Thousand merks Scotts money for ilk ane of the persons above named in caice they shall transgress in any pairt of the premisis.
