Act Banishing Marjory Hill to America

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe heirby Banish Marjory Hill who is presently prisoner In the Tolbooth of Edinburgh Being sent from Monross upon suspicion of murdering her own Child in not Revealing her Being with child and not calling for help. To his Majesties plantations In America, The said Marjory first Enacting her self in the Books of privy Councill That she shall repair to the saids plantations with the first ships and That she shall not return to his Majesties Dominions under the pain of Death And appoints The Magistrats of Edinburgh to see her shiped in the first ship going for America.
