Act Adjourning Session

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Considering That the Parliament is to Sitt Down upon the Nynteenth day of July Instant which tyme is now approaching And That it will Require some tyme to prepare the house. For which it is necessary The sitting of the session be dispensed with as is warranted to be done by order from this Board Therfore and for preparing the parliament house In order to the parliaments meeting. The Lords of his majesties privy Councill doe heirby dispense with the sitting of the session for the remaining dayes of this month of July Instant And Adjournes the same from the Fourteenth day of the said moneth of July Instant att Twelve of the Cloack. To the ordinary tyme of their meeting in november next That the house may be made tymously ready To the Effect forsaid. And Appoints the clerks of Councill To make Intimation heirof To the Lords of session the morrow in the forenoon By delivering to the clerks of session ane Extract heirof when the session is sitting sic subscribitur Marchmont cancellar Argyll Mar Southerland Lowdown Englintone Forfar Seafield Tarbat Adam Cockburne.
