Act Liberating Thomas Holoway

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Doe heirby give order and warrant to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their Tolbooth to sett at Libertie furth thereof Thomas Holoway who is prisoner therein for false Coyne. In Respect The said Thomas Holoway and Elizabeth Holoway his hes enacted themselves in the books of privy Councill That he and she and their Children shall depairt furth of this Kingdom of Scotland betwixt and the fifteenth day of July next to Come And That none of them shall Return within the same without his Majesties special warrand or the Councills under all highest pains that after may follow.
