Sub Committee

Report of the within Committee anent Trade and anent the Representation made be the Royall Burrows Being this Afternoon Read In presence of the Lords of his Majesties privy Councill, They heirby approve thereof, And nominates and appoints Sir James Stewart his Majesties Advocate and Sir Archibald Muire Lord provost of Edinburgh To be a sub-committee for preparing the memoriall mentioned in the Report and appoints the sub-committee when the memorial is Ready To acquaint the Committee That they may meet again And adds the Lord Carmichaell and Lord Philiphaugh To the former Committee And Recommends to them To Consider The said Memoriall with power to the forsaid Committee To Transmitt the said Memoriall to the secretaries of state as soon as it shall be perfected to the Effect mentioned in the Report And Declares any five of the abovenamed Committie to be a sufficient quorum and no fewer.
