Act The Earle of Home

Anent a petition given in to the Lords of his majesties privy Councill be Charles Earle of Home Shewing That the petitioner haveing a Considerable time agoe granted bond and Caution That he should not goe within the kingdome of England which he hade exactly observed ever since the granting therof in anno Jaj vic Nyntie Seven; And now both the Seasone of the year And the petitioners health doeth invite and require that he should be free of that restraint to the effect he might be at Libertie, And his Majestie haveing allowed the saids Lords to take off Confinements wher persones have Lived peacably as the petitioner hade done, And in Complyance with the forsaid Letter severall others haveing received up their bonds by the saids Lords warrand And Therfore Humbly Supplicating their Lordships to the effect aftermentioned The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill haveing Considered the above petition given in to them be Charles Earle of Home They hereby appoint the said Earle of Homes bond mentioned in the petition granted be him and his Cautioners to be exhibit and delyvered up by the Clerks of privy Councill to his Lordship or order And have taken off, And hereby takes off the Confinement put up on his Lordship and declares him quitt therof and free therfrae in all time comeing.
