Petition Mr Roderick McKenzie, Craving that he may be sett Liberty upon Baill, Read, and the Lords of His majestys privy Councill gives full power and warrant to Sir James Stewart of Goodtries His majesties Advocat to give Liberty of open prison to the petitioner, if his Lordship shall think fitt, after he hes Examined him in the matter anent the Copper plate in such terms as his Lordship shall find propper.
