Att Edinburgh The Eleventh day of Febrwary one thousand seven hundreth and one years

Recomendation to the Theasurie in favours of the parliament house

Anent a petition given in to His Majesties high Commissioner and Lords of privie Councill By Thomas Kennedie and John Johnstoun keepers of parliament house Shewing That where the petitioners have bein about their duty waiting upon his Grace and the Honowrable estats of parliament dureing this session And Hoped they had given satisfaction and due attendance to all the Honoraball Members therof As they were bound in duty so to doe Therfore Craveing to the effect aftermentioned as the said petition bears His Majesties high Commissioner and Lords of privie Councill haveing considered the above petition given in to them by the saids Thomas Kennedie and John Johnstoun They heirby Recomend to the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Theasurie to give the petitioners such allouance as their Lordships shall find reasonable for a gratuity to the petitioners for their attending the parliament and for furnishing Coall and Candle dureing the Session therof
