Committy anent Compleating the Regiments going to Holland

A Letter from His Majesty to his high Commissioner, The Lord Chancellor and Councill for compleating Some Regiments and Sending them to Holland, Read and ordered to be Recorded. The Councill heirby Nominats and Appoints the Earles of Argyle and Mar, and the Lord Thesaurer deput to be a Committee for furder Considering the saids letters, and to give orders for dispatching the affairs therein mentioned, and Recommends to the said Committy to meet at the Lord Chancellors lodging in the abbay of Halyroodhouse this day at Four in the afternoon.
