Act for ane aliment to Ms Jean Wallace
The Lords of his majesties privie Councill Doe heirby modifie ane aliment of nyn hundred merks to Mistris Jean Wallace laufull daughter to the deceast Sir Uilliam Wallace of Craigie for one year commending from the tuenty tuo day of march last by past att uhich tyme she Entred to Lord Halcraig his lodgeing and Decernes and Ordains John Wallace of Canisscan present tacksman of the said estate of Craigie to make payment to Sir John Hamiltoune of Halcraig one of the senators of the Collidge of Justice of the said soume of Nyn hundred merks scots money for alimenting the said Mrs Jean Uallace for one year And ordaines letters of horning to be Direct heron Against the said estate, The saids Lords Decerns and Ordaines the heritores and tennents of the said Esate to make payment of the said aliment conforme to their rents to be containe in ane List Containing their severall proportiones to be given in by the said Lord Halcraig and subscrived by his Lordship to the Clerks of privy counill Befor extracting this interloquitor senence or Decreit
