Warrant anent James Clerk Engraver to the mint

James Clerk Engraver to His Majestys mint, Being Called and Examined anent the Copper plate about Caledonia, The Lords of His Majestys privy Councill, do heirby ordain their macers, to take the said James Clark into their Custody, and to Committ him to prison, unless he Instantly give bond and Find sufficient Caution acted in the books of privy Councill, That he shall appear before and attend the Lords of His Majestys privy Councill or their Committies or Committee or the Lords Commissioners of His Majestys Justiciary, whensoever he shall be called or Required thereto, under the penalty of ane Thousand merks Scots, in caice the said principall shall faill in any pairt of the premises.
