Warrant for Apprehending Fairfoull of Kilduncan

The Lords of his Majestys privy Councill do heirby give order and warrant to their macers of Councill or messengers at arms, To take and apprehend the person of James Fairfoull of Kilduncan, and to Committ him to prison within the Tolbooth of Edinburgh for the Expression uttered by him of his majestys last Session of Parliament when it was Sitting, Viz That he did not care a Fart of his arse for the Lady Balcony nor the said parliament, which the Lord Montgomry and Lord Forbes reported to their Lordships was prove against him by the depositions taken in the process depending betwixt Sir William and Mr William Gordon.
