Recommendation To Major Generall Ramsay anent Recruits coming from Fort William

The Lords of His majesties privy Councill do heirby Recommend and gives order to major Generall Ramsay Commander in Cheiff of His majestys forces within this Kingdom for the tyme, To give order and warrant to the officers of the forces at Glasgow, to be assisting to the officers of the Recruits from Fort William, when they shall arrryve their with the detatchment from the Regiment of Fort William And to allow them to march with any Forces which Shall be marched from Glasgow to Edinburgh and be assisting to them.
