Warrant for Liberating of Mongo Campbell and others

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill at the desire of the Lord Aberurchill one of their Lordships oun number at whose instance the persones afternamed are Imprisoned Do hereby give order and warrant to the magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their Tolbooth To Sett at Liberty furth therof the persones of Mongo Campbell brother german to […] Campbell of Clathick Archibald Campbell now in Cassavachen John McVorich in Balmuck and John Brown nottar in Creiff four of the defenders contained in the process pursued by the said Lord Aberurchill against them and other defenders and that notwithstanding that the forsaid four defenders Have not as yet found Caution to the saids Lord Aberurchill for keeping the piece as they are appointed in the Councill Decreet Reserveing allwayes to his Lordship to use all maner of execution against the saids four persones, For payment of the fynes wherin they are fined or decerned by the said decreet against them dated the tenth instant
