Recommendation to the Thesaury in favours of the macers of Councill

Anent a petition given in to the Lords of his Majesties privie Councill by the three macers of Councill and Excheqwer Shewing That it was weell knowne to their Lordships by the petitioners Constant attendance upon the late session of parliament and by the long continuwance therof They have bein altogither frustrat of the caswallities that duely and usewally accress to them in the ordinary sessions of Judicators on which they attend viz: The privie Councill The Excheqwer The Commission of plantation of kirks The Commission for schools and Colledges and others all which had bein stopped and Impeded thorrow the Long session of parliament The perqwisits wherof truely due to the petitioners are the greatest pairt of their subsistance and Lyveliehood and seing Their assiduous and dutyfull attendance Deserved The saids Lords their consideration for their support Therfore Craveing To the effect aftermentioned as the said petition bears His Majesties high Commissioner and Lords of privie Councill haveing considered the above petition given in to them by the above three macers of Councill and Excheqwer They Heirby Recomend to the Lords of Commissioners of his Majesties Thesaurie to grant the petitioners such suteable allowance for their extraordinary attendance and in recompence of their above Loss as their Lordships shall find reasonable
