Warrant for delyvering up My Lord Philiphaugh his bond

Sir James Murray of Philiphaugh one of the Senators of the Colledge of Justice Haveing represented the Councill That upon the Twenty Nynth day of December Jaj vic Eightie four years He had given bond not to goe furth of the kingdome for six moneths therafter and in the mean time to Live peaceably and appear when called for under the penalty of Fyve Thousand pounds Sterling; And that now his Lordship Craved up the samen, The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill haveing Considered this verball representation made to them by the said Lord Philiphaugh They hereby Allow and gives orders to the Clerks of privy Councill to delyver and give up to his Lordship the said bond For which this shall be to them a sufficient warrant and exoneration.
