Procedure

Remitt to the Lord Chancelor to pass or refuse Robert Semples bill of Suspension against Ferguslie

The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill haveing heard a pitition given in to them be William Cochran of Ferguslie against Robert Semple of Full wood anent the pole money They hereby Remitt to the Lord high Chancelor to Consider the bill of Suspension given in to the said Robert Semple and reasones therof; and to Compare the Collectors books with the recepts mentioned in the bill of Suspension and to pass or refuse the said bill of Suspension as his Lordship shall think fitt.
