Warrant Anent Thomson and Auchmuty

The Lord Advocat having laid it before the Lords of His Majestys privy Councill, That their Lordships wold furder Consider, If the warrand given to his Lordship on the Twenty one2 day of march Instant for prosecuteing Mr John Thomson and Charles Auchmouty anent the Copperplate Emitted concerning Scotland and some members of Parliament, should be followed furth before the Lords Commissioners of His Majestys Justiciary, or if the same should be pursued before the Lords of privy Councill, The saids Lords of privy Councill, having at Length Considered what was Spoke to them by the said Lord Advocat, They heirby adhere to their former Interloquitor pronunced in this matter upon the Twenty one day of march present.
