Liberatione Carrin

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill doe hereby give ordor and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their Tolbooth To set at Libertie furth thereof James Carrin Skipper presently Prisoner in the said Tolbooth The said James first giveing bond and finding sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privy Councill That he shall depart out of this Kingdome without the Kings Majesties or the privy Councills ordor or allowance And in the mean tyme That he shall live peaceablie under and with all submissione to the present Government of his majestie King William and that he shall not act consult or contryve anything in prejudice hereof nor shall not converse or correspond with any Rebells and shall appear before the Lords of His Majesties privy Councill when called for under the penalty of Two hundred pound sterline in case he shall transgress in any part of the premisses
