Act Mr James Forbes
The Lords of his Majesties Privy Councill doe hereby ordaine Master James Forbes Preist who is under baill to depairt furth of his Majesties Dominions betwixt and the tuentie day of Aprylle instant to transport himself in the fleet which shall saill with the […] convey presentlie lyeing in the road of Leith in case that fleet with the Convoy shall staill betwixt and the said day And if the fleet and convoy remains after that day ordaines the said Mr. James to give bond and find sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privy Councill That He shall transport himself with the said fleet and convey whenever the same shall saill and not returne within his majesties Dominions under the penaltie of fyve Hundred pounds sterling in case he shall transgress in any part of the premisses
