Warrand for Giveing up Bartlemans bond

The Which Day the Lord Hatton haveing Reported to the Lords of their Majesties privy Councill That ther Lordships haveing Remitted to him to examine how the money Collected for releiving of Archibald Bartleman and James Kay from ther Slavery with the turks was applyed, And that he having examined the matter; Does Find that the money was rightly applyed, The saids Lords Doe heirby give order and warrand to their Clerks to give up to John Bartleman in Keirhill the bond granted to him as principall and William Reid fermorer for applying of the saids Collectiones to the effect forsaid That the same may be cancelled or destroyed be them at ther pleasure.
