Decreet

Interloquitor Stewart of Bigtoune Against Mitchell of Westshoar

The Lords of his majesties privy Council haveing Considered the report made to them be a Committie of ther oun number appointed in the proces at the instance of Stewart of Bigtoune Against Mitcheall of Westshoar with a petitione given to them be either of the saids two parties They heirby approve of the Comitties report and appoints Alexander Brand present stewart of Orkney To Cause execute the Lybell depending before the privy Councill at Bigtounes instance against the Commissioners of Supply within the Stewartrie of Orkney and Zetland to the thrid Councill day of June nixt to come and superceids to modifie expences to either partie untill the Commissioners be cited, and that it appear what will be the event of the Cause, and allowes the Clerks of Councill to delyver the Lybell to the said Stewart of Orkney to the effect forsaid.
