Ordor recalling former act anent Scarlote

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill doe Hereby recall the order formerlie given by them for delyvering […] Scarlot Tinker Prisoner in the Tolbooth of Edinburgh to Captaine […] Scott to be carried aboard by him a souldier to Flanders. And appoynts him to remaine in prisone notwithstanding of the said warrand and gives ordor and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their Tolbooth To delyver to Captaine Scot the persone of […] Andersone one of the false Coyners whom the said Lords by their interloqutor of this dayes date Have recomended to the said Lord Advocat to see shipped for Flanders in place of the said […] Scarlot And recomends to his Majesties Advocat to get further informatione of the villanies whereof the said […] Scarlot is supposed guilty and proces him before the said Comissioners of Justiciary for the same.
