Warrand to raise Letters Against James Beth messengers

The Lords of his majesties privie Councell Doe heirby give order and warrand to ther clerks to raise and give out a lybell or Letters of complaint at the instance of Sir James Ogilvie his majesties factor Against Archibald Beth messinger in Bute Shyre to ansuer befor the Councill for his faults and molestatione in executeing of ane other lybell or complaint at the instance of his majesties advocat against Some persones as importers of Irish or other forraigne victuall And that conforme to ane note to be given in to them be the said Sir James
