Warrand for delyvering Angus McGruther to Captain Lindsay
The Lords of his majesties privy Councill doe hereby give ordor and warrand to the Magistrats of Perth and keeper of their Tolbooth To delyver the persone of Angus McGrouth in Bochniny in the brae of Lochaber presently prisoner in the said Tolbooth pannalled before the Commissioners of Justiciary as the Stealler and away taker of tuelve Kows from Allane Stueart of Inchkerroch in November Jaj vjc eighty and nyne years To Captaine James Lindsay in2 Lord George Hamilton’s Regiment in his majesties Service at Flanders to be carried aboard by him as a Souldier in the said service He first inacting himself in the books of his majesties privy Councill That He shall goe abroad as a souldier in his majesties Service with the said Captaine Lindsay and that He shall never returne within this Kingdome without his Majesties or the Councills particular warrand for that effect under the paine of death
