Act Home of Nynwalls anent accompts
The Lords of his Majesties privy Councill haveing Considered the report of a Comittie of their oun number appointed for reviseing the accompts resting be his majesties forces to the Countrey Bearing that the Comittie having seen and2 Considered a ticket given in to them by Captaine Nathaniall Stafney who Commanded a troop in the deceast Lord Cardross his regiement of Dragoons to John Home of Nynwalls Containing the soume of Fourtein punds six shilling sterling money payable upon demand dated the thretein day of February Jaj vjc nyntie one years It is the opinion of the Committie That it be Recomended to the Lords Commissioners of his majesties thesaury To Cause the Soume Contained in the ticket be detained out of the first end of the arreirs that shall be found due to the said Captain Staffney and the samen be payed to the said John Home of Nynwalls as the said report in it self proports The saids Lords heirby approve of the said report, and Recomends to the Lords Commissioners of his majesties thesaury to Cause the soume of Fourtein punds six shilling sterling money Contained in the above ticket to be detained out of the first end of the arreirs that shall be found due to the said Captaine Staffney and the samen to be payed to the said John Home of Nynwalls.
