His majesties high Commissioner and the Lords of privy Councill Doe Hereby Ordaine […] Sandiland, Baillie of Calder to be ceitted by macers or messingers to appear before his grace and their Lordships upon the nynth day of July next to come To answere at the instance of Sir James Stueart his Majesties Advocat for his great Contempt and high misdemanner in dispyseing the ordors and refuseing to provyde and dispose in quarters some of the officers or Dragoons of the Lord Carmichells Regiment in their march through that bounds even when they had provyded forrage for themselves and only asked houseroome.
