Warrand to give up Lord Ballandins bond and take a new one

The Lord high Chancellor acquainted the Lords of his Majesties privie Councill That He hes a Letter from the Master of Stair Principall Secretary of State directed to him whyle he was his majesties Commissioner to the Last sessione of parliament Bearing That the King had ordered him to wryte to his grace That it was his majesties pleasure the former bond given by the Lord Ballandine should be delyvered up and new bale taken oblidgeing him under the penalty of two thousand pound sterling to appear when called and in the meantyme to live peaceablie and act nothing contrair to the Government and the Letter being read The said Lords Doe Hereby ordaine the Clerks of privy Councill to give up to the said Lord Ballandine the bond leying in their hands granted by his Lordship In respect he hes given new bond and found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councill That he shall live peaceablie under and with all submissione to the present Government of his majestie King William and that He shall not act consult or contryve any thing in prejudice thereof nor converse of correspond with any Rebells and that He shall appear before the said Lords when called for under the penaltie of two thousand pounds sterling in case He shall transgress in any part of the premisses.
